What is the difference between Classic, Signature and Bespoke?
Classic is smart comfort at a sensible price. Signature uses semi-luxury to luxury stays inside or close to the parks. Bespoke is fully tailor-made and ultra-luxury, with exclusive camps, private villas and fly-in routes.
Which part of Tanzania is best for a safari?
The Northern Circuit for the Great Migration, Big Five and Ngorongoro Crater; the Southern Circuit for wild, quiet parks; the Western Circuit for chimpanzees; and the Eastern Circuit for safari and beach close together.
How many days do I need in Tanzania?
Three days covers a short safari. Six to ten days covers the main northern parks or a southern safari, and ten to fifteen days lets you add Zanzibar, Kilimanjaro or a second circuit.
Can I mix Classic, Signature and Bespoke on one trip?
Yes. Many guests mix styles, for example Classic in Arusha and Signature inside the Serengeti.
Are all Yera journeys private?
Yes. You always have your own vehicle and guide. We also run join-group safaris twice a month for travellers who want to share the trip.
When is the best time to travel to Tanzania?
June to October and December to February are the driest months. Tanzania offers good safaris all year, and we plan each journey around the season.
